It's official: Barcelona FC signs Ibrahim Afellay !

The Dutch international Ibrahim Afellay is set to leave in the January upcoming transfer window to Barcelona FC. The two clubs reached an agreement and the transfer will be finalized providing that the player will successfully settle personal terms with the Catalan club.
Seems like the 24-year-old PSV midfielder will sign with Barcelona a 4 year and 6 months deal.
His agent, Rob Jensen stated:
"Things are moving along in a positive fashion but there is not a definitive accord as yet."
Barcelona FC issued a press statement on their official website:
"PSV Eindhoven and Barcelona have reached an agreement on a deal to bring Ibrahim Afellay to Barca, subject to successfully settling personal terms between the player and the Catalan club over the coming weeks. Until the deal is finally settled, Ibrahim Afellay wishes to concentrate on the upcoming important games for PSV."
