UEFA decided to award the abandoned match for the EURO 2012 qualifiers between Italy and Serbia as a 3-0 forfeit win to Italy. The match took place at Luigi Ferraris stadium in Genoa on 12 October and was abandoned six minutes after the game started because of the major crowd disturbances.
UEFA also decided that FSS (Football Association of Serbia) will play the next two home matches behind closed doors and the serbian supporters will not accompany their national team in away matches.
The FSS got a fine of 120.000 euros and has 3 days at her disposal to make an appeal. The Italian Football Federation was fined 100.000 euros and one match behind closed doors.
